Communities Magazine 2015

CSCS’ directors have two articles in Communities Magazine # 166, a special issue on Community for Baby Boomers. Andrew’s article is called, “We’re Back: Still beautiful, bolder, and hopefully a whole lot better.” He asks, “What are we going to do with the opportunity that longevity presents, while we still have reasonable health, wealth, time, and hopefully greater wisdom?”

Margaret’s piece is called “Senior Cohousing in Canada: How Baby Boomers can build social portfolios for aging well.” Despite the Canadian focus, it begins with some ideas and images from anthropological research in Vanuatu where a devastating cyclone hit as this issue was going to press.
